Join Remote's HR Services Team as an HCM Onboarding Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global employment. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have an exceptional implementation experience with our HRIS product. You will partner with Onboarding Consultants to translate client needs into technical requirements, manage the full data migration lifecycle, and configure the HCM system to meet specific workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in mapping processes, performing data cleansing and validation, and designing user-friendly documentation. This role requires a blend of deep technical skill in data analysis and a strong commitment to customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful, timely implementations and provide critical support during the initial go-live period. Requirements

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries for data analysis, migration, and cleansing.

2. Proven experience supporting or managing system implementations, integrations, and configuration for enterprise HCM/HRIS platforms.

3. Demonstrated ability in designing and executing the full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including test script development and issue resolution.

4. Experience translating customer business needs into clear technical requirements and mapping processes for system configuration.

5. Strong skills in data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation.

6. Deep knowledge of global HR and Payroll processes and data management best practices.

7. Ability to create clear, user-friendly system documentation, user guides, and training materials for non-technical audiences.

8. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

2. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an asynchronous environment.

3. Previous experience working in a fully remote capacity.
