Key Account Manager - Telco

Description

A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to drive sales of innovative products and services into telecom operators in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telecommunications sector and a track record of managing relationships with telco operators in the GCC and Levant. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE and Middle East Telco market and familiarity with du or Etisalat’s ecosystem. The candidate will excel in building strong relationships to influence decision-making and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a sales or key account management role within the telecommunications industry.

2. Direct experience of selling to e& (or Etisalat) or du in the UAE or other markets like Egypt, the GCC and Levant with relevant transferable knowledge.

3. Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and operator ecosystems.

4. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

5. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Desirable

1. Previous experience working in the UAE market with a focus on telco operators.

2. Familiarity with sales processes related to technology solutions for telecommunications.

3. Proven ability to adapt sales strategies to regional cultural nuances.
