We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at e-Careers. In this role, you will lead the delivery of our AI-focused Digital Support Technician programme, providing guidance, coaching, and assessments to help learners achieve success throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will collaborate with employers to tailor learning plans, prepare learners for End Point Assessments (EPA), and foster a safe inclusive environment that supports the development of digital skills, English, and maths. The role requires managing up to 50 learners across multiple cohorts while ensuring full compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is a remote position, ideal for someone passionate about coaching and workforce transformation in the UK.

Requirements

1. Experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring, particularly in digital or technical environments.

2. Proven track record delivering apprenticeship programmes or regulated qualifications.

3. Strong understanding of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British values within an educational context.

4. Ability to prepare learners for assessments, including End Point Assessments (EPA), with mock assessments or structured preparation.

5. Skill in designing and delivering tailored learning plans aligned with both learner roles and employer objectives.

6. Familiarity with quality assurance processes, including internal verification and standardisation activities.

Desirable

1. Experience with the Digital Support Technician apprenticeship standard or similar technology-focused qualifications.

2. Level 3 teaching qualification or willingness to undertake this certification.

3. IQA certification or experience participating in quality assurance activities.
