Requirements

1. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or related Oracle products.

2. Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and payroll systems.

3. Proficiency in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Ability to design and customize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.

5. Experience with Oracle integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies.

6. Familiarity with presales processes such as RFP/RFI responses and proof of concept delivery.

Desirable

1. Prior experience in HCM or ERP presales roles within a fast-paced environment.

2. Relevant Oracle certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.

3. Strong project management skills or experience in customer-facing roles.
