This role profile serves as a centralized repository for managing and tracking potential clients for the byteSpark.ai recruitment platform. It is designed to house profiles of individuals with whom we have engaged through demos, discussions, or initial outreach. The primary objective is to systematically manage the sales engagement process, from initial contact to closing the deal. This profile will enable our sales team to effectively track interactions, assess a prospect's potential, and strategize the best approach for selling into their organization. Requirements
1. Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role within the SaaS or HR technology sector.
2. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead and pipeline management.
3. Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes and decision-making structures.
4. Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify and qualify potential leads.
5. Experience in creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
6. Knowledge of key metrics in recruitment, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
7. Familiarity with various recruitment technologies and the competitive landscape.
8. Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.
