Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team and drive impactful training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating leadership and training programs and a strong understanding of AI skilling platforms such as Entomo, Disprz, PeopleStrong, or Innowork. This role involves designing and implementing effective L&D interventions, including classroom training, instructional design, and leadership development programs. The Senior L&D Specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify organizational training needs and deliver customized solutions. This position demands creativity, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for developing human potential.
Requirements
1. 4 to 5 years of experience in learning and development with a proven track record in training facilitation.
2. Proficiency in using or familiarity with AI skilling platforms such as Entomo, Disprz, PeopleStrong, or Innowork.
3. Demonstrable expertise in L&D program interventions, including classroom training and instructional design.
4. Strong understanding of leadership development and program facilitation.
5. Ability to design and implement training solutions tailored to organizational objectives.
6. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable
1. Experience working in corporate or organizational L&D environments.
2. Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in training and leadership development.
3. Previous experience in creating digital or blended training programs.
