Key Responsibilities: Strategic Technology Leadership: - Define and implement the company’s technology strategy and roadmap. - Ensure technological projects align with business goals and market demands. - Oversee the integration of new technologies with existing platform features. Innovative Product Development: - Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure software solutions. - Ensure the platform architecture supports blockchain interoperability and user-friendly UI/UX. - Stay current with trends in blockchain and Web3 technologies to drive innovation. Engineering Team Management: - Build and manage a top-tier engineering team. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Set clear objectives and provide guidance and support to meet them. - Promote agile methodologies and utilize tools like Jira for project management. - Ensure thorough documentation and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operational Oversight and Compliance: - Efficiently manage technology budgets and resources. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in data security and privacy. - Implement robust quality assurance and data protection measures. User Experience Enhancement: - Improve user experience by integrating analytics and intelligent profiling features. - Ensure the platform’s social and community features are engaging and effective.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in full-stack development and blockchain technologies.

2. Proficiency in Solidity or Rust, Node.js, and React, with extensive knowledge of blockchain and Web3.

3. Exceptional team management and leadership capabilities, with experience leading small, dynamic teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.

6. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, emphasizing flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
