Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Industrial City Phase 4 Reporting to: TBD Compensation: 35–42K SAR + 20% Bonus of Annual Basic + A-Class Medical Insurance (Self & Family), Life Insurance, 21 Working Days Annual Leave, Standard Working Hours (Sun–Thu, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm) Scope: GCC – All frozen solutions GCC – 800M USD (3 factories, Kuwait, Saudi, UAE). Nationality: Expat or Saudi National We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) to join our client's team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of shaping and executing revenue growth strategies for their 800M USD frozen solutions portfolio across the GCC. You will be responsible for developing portfolio architecture, leading pricing and promotion optimization, and transforming deep shopper and category insights into profitable commercial plans. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analytics to track performance, forecast opportunities, and drive margin and volume growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in delivering innovation launches and expanding their category footprint. This position requires a proven leader with a strong track record in the GCC FMCG sector, capable of influencing stakeholders and delivering exceptional business outcomes.

Requirements

1. 8–10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, category management, or commercial finance within the FMCG industry.

2. Proven track record of delivering significant revenue and volume growth in GCC markets.

3. Strong expertise in developing portfolio architecture, strategic pricing, and pack architecture.

4. Demonstrated ability in promotion optimization and trade spend management.

5. Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Nielsen, and ERP systems.

6. Experience translating complex market data, shopper insights, and category trends into actionable commercial strategies.

7. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and margin enhancement.

8. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).

Desirable

1. Experience managing large and complex product portfolios (e.g., >$500M USD).

2. Direct experience working within the frozen food category.

3. Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

4. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

5. Experience working with major retailers and distributors across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait.
