We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead the growth of our recruitment outsourcing services in Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep market knowledge and extensive network to identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from generating leads and conducting market research to developing tailored proposals and negotiating high-value contracts. A key focus will be on building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across diverse industries. Collaborating with senior management, you will help define and execute strategic plans to expand our market footprint. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a robust sales pipeline, exceed revenue targets, and establish our firm as a leading manpower solutions provider in the region.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of business development experience within the Qatar recruitment / HR outsourcing industry.

3. Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale recruitment outsourcing projects.

4. Extensive and verifiable network of corporate clients and decision-makers in Qatar.

5. Strong understanding of Qatar’s labor laws, recruitment trends, and business culture.

6. Proven ability to develop client-specific solutions, tailored proposals, and commercial offers.

7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.

8. Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatari driving license.

Desirable

1. Fluency in Arabic.

2. Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment projects.

3. An entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation.

4. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

5. Experience participating in industry networking events, business forums, and exhibitions.
