We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategy & Transformation to build and lead our Group Strategy & PMO function. This pivotal role will partner directly with the Group CEO and CFO to design, prioritize, and execute our strategic vision during a critical phase of regional expansion. You will be responsible for translating high-level objectives into actionable, cross-functional initiatives across our commercial, operations, and technology domains. The ideal candidate will establish and institutionalize a robust PMO governance framework to drive execution excellence and operational discipline. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of hands-on transformation. You will build the strategy and transformation engine from the ground up, influencing major decisions and ensuring our ambitious growth plans are realized. Requirements
1. 8-12 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big 4) or a corporate strategy/PMO leadership role.
2. Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy formulation to execution and impact measurement.
3. Expertise in building and institutionalizing PMO governance, including reporting structures, decision-making frameworks, and performance metrics.
4. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning commercial, operations, and technology.
5. Strong financial acumen and experience in developing strategic initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes.
6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with C-suite executives.
7. Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
8. High-ownership mindset with a focus on driving accountability and operational discipline.
Desirable
1. Direct experience in the logistics, supply chain, or cold chain industries.
2. Exposure to industrial or e-commerce technology platform development and spin-outs.
3. Experience working in high-growth, private equity-backed, or founder-led organizations.
4. Familiarity with business operations in the UAE and/or India.
5. Change management certification or significant experience leading organizational change.
