About the role
byteSpark.ai is supporting a confidential client seeking talented Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analysts and Associates for opportunities based in Dubai, UAE. We welcome applications from professionals with equity capital markets or investment banking experience interested in transactions across the Middle East. Candidates may be considered at Analyst or Associate level depending on relevant experience and transaction execution capabilities.
The work covers IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, rights issues, secondary sell-downs, block trades and equity-linked transactions across GCC markets. Responsibilities include supporting the origination and execution of equity offerings; preparing company valuation analyses, financial models, comparable-company research, pitch books and investor presentations; monitoring equity market conditions, pricing and investor demand; and helping coordinate due diligence, offering documentation and transaction stakeholders. Analysts will primarily build analysis and materials and support deal logistics under supervision. Associates will additionally independently manage deal workstreams, develop pricing and sizing recommendations, help shape investor messaging, liaise with clients and advisers, and review Analysts' work.
We welcome qualified applicants at either level. Please submit your CV and answer the short application questions. Recruitment is managed by byteSpark.ai on behalf of a confidential client.
