FP&A Manager – Group Level

The role will lead annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecasting across a complex portfolio of entities, business units, and functions. The successful candidate will coordinate planning assumptions, challenge submissions, and align financial targets with the strategic objectives of the Group. They will maintain rigorous control over large-scale OPEX, investigate material variances, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial performance. The FP&A Manager will manage complex group consolidations and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent performance reporting. They will develop advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for strategic and operational initiatives. The role will translate high-volume financial information into clear board presentations, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations. Close collaboration with business heads, subsidiary finance leaders, and executive stakeholders will be essential to establish accountability and improve planning outcomes.
