About the role
A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly commercial Senior Investment Product Manager to build a premier, standalone private wealth management franchise. This is a unique opportunity to build a third-party distribution ecosystem from the ground up, backed by a global investment firm.
The successful candidate will be the bridge between top-tier institutional product manufacturers and elite frontline sales teams, delivering bespoke and off-the-shelf financial products. You will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party providers, curating a robust portfolio of Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Sukuk, and Structured Notes.
This role requires working hand-in-hand with Wealth Managers to translate High-Net-Worth (HNW) client mandates into customized investment offerings. We are looking for a candidate with a strong sales DNA and deep financial subject matter expertise to drive the investment strategy, manage third-party distribution agreements, and hit aggressive revenue targets in a massive, rapidly growing market.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in financial services and wealth management.
- Demonstrable experience in third-party product distribution and managing manufacturer relationships.
- Deep, practical knowledge of investment wealth products including Mutual Funds, Sukuk, and Structured Notes.
- A minimum of 3 years of frontline sales experience or a proven track record of deep collaboration with sales teams.
- Experience in building and curating investment portfolios specifically for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
- Proven ability to drive commercial strategy for product lines with accountability for revenue targets.
- Experience handling multi-jurisdictional mandates and global financial products.
Desirable skills
- Deep, practical knowledge of Sharia-compliant wealth products including Mutual Funds, Sukuk, and Structured Notes.
- Experience building a product or distribution ecosystem from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial experience within a startup or a new business unit in a larger firm.
- Direct experience in structuring bespoke financial products for HNW clients.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CISI, or equivalent.

The strongest candidates will have at least 6 years of wealth management or private-banking experience, direct exposure to third-party product distribution, and deep practical knowledge of Islamic investment products. Frontline sales experience, revenue accountability, product-provider onboarding, and close partnership with Wealth or Relationship Managers will be particularly important.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai. The monthly salary range is AED 25,000 to AED 40,000, depending on experience and suitability, with an additional performance-related bonus.
