Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in architecting, executing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM, and developing sophisticated lead nurturing and scoring models. This role requires a data-driven mindset to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in driving our lead generation efforts and ensuring all marketing activities are compliant with GDPR and other European data privacy regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing our marketing operations workflows. Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua.

2. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns.

3. Strong proficiency in CRM integration, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage lead scoring and grading models.

5. Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance reporting using platform analytics or BI tools.

6. In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other European data privacy laws and their application in marketing.

7. Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.

8. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to data sync, API connections, and platform workflows.

Desirable

1. Certification in Marketo, HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation platform.

2. Experience with SQL for database queries and advanced segmentation.

3. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

4. Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

5. Proficiency in an additional European language.
