A client of byteSpark.ai, a leading specialist supplier to the oil & gas and energy-related industries, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their Dubai team. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering expert procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from meeting with clients and preparing presentations to negotiating contracts and overseeing product shipment logistics. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the oil & gas, refining, power generation, and nuclear industries to effectively meet and exceed client expectations. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales acumen to drive business growth across the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong network and a passion for the energy sector.
Requirements
1. Proven sales experience within the Oil & Gas industry, with specific knowledge of petroleum, natural gas, and drilling.
2. Demonstrable experience and an established network of contacts within the Refining, Power Generation, and Nuclear Energy sectors.
3. Strong track record of successful sales and complex contract negotiations.
4. Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
5. In-depth knowledge of procurement logistics and supply chain processes within the energy industry.
6. Deep understanding of regional market conditions, particularly in the MENA and South-East Asia regions.
7. Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to industry experts and decision-makers.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field.
Desirable
1. Extensive on-the-ground experience working in the MENA and South-East Asia markets.
2. A portable and verifiable list of key contacts in target industries.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
4. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. Fluency in additional languages relevant to the target regions.
