Requirements
1. Proven track record of success in a sales, business development, or relationship management role, with quantifiable achievements.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships and sales funnels.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to understand and clearly explain complex financial products or investment concepts.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preferably a startup or tech company.
8. A data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to measure and improve performance.
Desirable
1. Direct experience in the real estate or financial services/wealth management industry.
2. Existing network of potential investors or high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in the MENA region.
3. Experience working in a fintech company.
4. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
