Relationship Manager - Wealth Management (Private Banking)
Description
A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a highly entrepreneurial and seasoned Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) to help launch and scale a premier, standalone Sharia-compliant private banking platform. Backed by a highly capitalized investment group with licenses across the GCC, you will target the massive, underserved market of high-net-worth Muslim investors globally, with a specific focus on the GCC, India, Pakistan, and Africa. We are looking for relentless 'hunters' with over 10 years of frontline experience and a highly portable, loyal book of UHNW/HNW clients who will follow you to a premium Islamic platform. Stepping away from rigid corporate banking structures, you will operate in a fast-paced, freelance-style environment, pitching exclusive Sharia-compliant products and building bespoke wealth solutions. This role is designed strictly for top-tier rainmakers who confidently back their own ability to generate revenue and are driven by uncapped upside through an highly aggressive, industry-disrupting payout structure.
Requirements
1. Here is the updated list, rewritten to strip out the generic Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of frontline, revenue-generating experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
3. Possession of a highly transferable, loyal book of UHNW/HNW clients who are prime candidates for a premium Islamic wealth platform.
4. Demonstrated experience managing and acquiring clients with a minimum of USD 10 million in personal investments or net worth exposure.
5. Deep understanding of tailored wealth management solutions, with a strong capability to pitch Sharia-compliant products (e.g., Sukuk, Islamic Mutual Funds, Structured Notes).
6. Extensive market knowledge and established networks targeting wealthy demographics within the GCC, India, Pakistan, or Africa.
7. Highly entrepreneurial "hunter" mindset with a proven track record of aggressive client acquisition and self-driven revenue generation.
8. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the grit to thrive in an unstructured, high-reward, performance-driven environment.
Desirable
1. Prior direct experience working within standalone Islamic private banks or dedicated Sharia-compliant wealth windows.
2. Advanced financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI, CAIA) or specialized Islamic Finance qualifications (e.g., IFQ).
3. Deep understanding of and established access to wealthy Muslim demographics specifically across India, Pakistan, or Africa.
4. Previous experience operating as an External Asset Manager (EAM), independent wealth advisor, or thriving within a high-leverage, heavily commission-based compensation structure.
5. Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi to effectively build rapport and penetrate the primary target markets

This is a rare opportunity to step away from rigid corporate banking structures and operate in a highly lucrative, freelance-style environment. You will be helping to launch a premier, standalone Sharia-compliant private banking platform, targeting a massive, underserved global market of high-net-worth Muslim investors with an industry-disrupting commission structure.

The core responsibility is pure revenue generation and client acquisition. You will migrate and grow a substantial, transferable book of UHNW/HNW clients, pitching exclusive off-the-shelf Sharia-compliant products (Mutual Funds, Sukuk, Structured Notes) and collaborating with the product team to manufacture bespoke wealth solutions.

The ideal candidate is a relentless 'hunter' with over 10 years of frontline Private Banking or Wealth Management experience. You will stand out if you possess a highly portable book of business (with minimum USD 10 million individual client exposures), a strong network in the GCC, India, Pakistan, or Africa, and the entrepreneurial grit to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Roles are available in the DIFC (Dubai), Saudi Arabia, or on a flexible geographic basis. The role offers a fixed monthly base salary of AED 25,000 to AED 40,000. Crucially, it features an aggressive commission structure: after clearing a base salary plus 50% operational markup hurdle, candidates unlock an uncapped 55% to 75% payout ratio on generated revenue.
