We are seeking a visionary Head of Transformation / Director of PMO to architect and lead our most critical strategic programmes in a fast-scaling retail and D2C environment. Reporting to the C-suite, you will be the driving force behind our enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes and enhance our operational agility. This pivotal role requires a leader who can establish and operate a world-class enterprise PMO, instilling a culture of disciplined execution and robust governance. You will partner directly with executive leaders to ensure strategic alignment, track the ROI of significant investments, and provide the insights necessary for high-stakes decision-making. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing executive communications and mentoring a team of transformation professionals, building a sustainable change capability across the organisation. Requirements
1. Proven experience in designing and leading multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps, preferably in retail or D2C.
2. Expertise in establishing and operating a strategic Enterprise PMO (ePMO) from the ground up.
3. Demonstrable experience in C-level stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive alignment among senior executives.
4. Strong financial acumen with a track record of building business cases, tracking transformation ROI, and leading benefits realization.
5. Mastery of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and risk management frameworks.
6. Deep understanding of digital transformation levers, including technology, process, and operating model changes.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience managing executive reporting cadences.
8. Experience leading and developing teams of project/program managers and transformation specialists.
Desirable
1. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
2. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes).
3. Experience working within the Dubai/UAE or wider GCC market.
4. Formal certification or significant experience in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
5. Previous experience in a private equity-backed or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
