Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead the integration of in-house systems and platforms with Oracle Fusion HCM. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM), including Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll modules. You will be based in Dubai and responsible for the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Oracle Fusion APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into actionable solutions while working closely with technical teams.
You will work on integrating our platform’s features with Oracle Fusion’s HCM modules, ensuring compatibility and optimization across all HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution architecture, API development, and extensive hands-on work with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party platforms.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically within Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and understand requirements, then translate them into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Ensure compliance with data security standards and best practices.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.
2. Deep knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll modules in Oracle Fusion.
3. Proficiency in API development and integration, with a focus on Oracle Fusion’s API ecosystem.
4. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
1. Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
2. Experience with third-party platform integrations with Oracle Fusion.
3. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security in Oracle Fusion.
