VP Operations - Facilities Management Service Provider

Our client, a well-established Facilities Management organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee their FM operations in Jeddah. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services through a large blue-collar workforce. Key responsibilities include overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and managing multiple senior reports. The role also involves driving performance improvements, enhancing operational strategies, and securing variation orders to boost revenue and profitability. Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

2. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.

3. Proven senior leadership experience in the Facilities Management sector.

4. Extensive working experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Operational management experience with large blue-collar teams.

6. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key stakeholders and board members.

Desirable

1. Experience with driving strategic transformation in FM operations.

2. Familiarity with implementing performance frameworks for KPI and SLA compliance.

3. Track record of increasing revenue through client variation orders.
