Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale HR transformation projects from strategy to execution.

2. Proven background in HR or management consulting, specifically with a focus on human capital and talent strategy.

3. Expertise in modern talent acquisition methodologies, processes, and technologies.

4. Strong understanding of change management principles and their application in complex organizational settings.

5. Experience advising senior executives (CHRO, CEO, VPs) on strategic HR and talent-related decisions.

6. Ability to analyze complex HR problems and design innovative, technology-enabled solutions.

7. Deep knowledge of the HR technology landscape, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level leaders.

Desirable

1. Direct experience with the selection, implementation, or use of AI-powered HR or recruitment technology.

2. Previous involvement in product advisory boards, co-creation workshops, or beta testing for enterprise software.

3. Experience establishing or running an independent consulting practice.

4. A published thought leader (articles, white papers, conference presentations) in the HR transformation space.

5. Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
