Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for our oil and gas workshop, regulated by API standards. The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing operations related to API-certified equipment, including API-6A, API-16A, API-16C, API-7-1, and API-5CT. They will ensure the workshop meets strict API compliance while enhancing productivity and safety standards. The Production Manager will also optimize resource utilization, maintain equipment integrity, and lead a team to deliver high-quality results. This role is critical to ensuring the workshop operates at peak efficiency and adheres to all API frameworks and standards.
Requirements
1. Proven experience managing production in an oil and gas workshop under API standards.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with equipment related to API-6A, API-16A, API-16C, API-7-1, and API-5CT.
3. Strong understanding of API regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
4. Leadership experience in managing teams within manufacturing or production environments.
5. Ability to streamline operations and improve production efficiencies in a workshop setting.
6. Proficient in safety protocols and quality control processes within the oil and gas industry.
