Description
We are seeking an experienced and discreet Project Manager on behalf of a high-net-worth individual with a diverse global portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the Executive Director and Principal, overseeing strategic business initiatives across marine, real estate, and investment sectors in the UAE and UK. Your primary objective will be to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the Principal's goal of optimizing investment profitability. This role requires leading cross-border projects, conducting rigorous commercial analysis, and preparing strategic recommendations on new ventures. You will liaise with a network of advisors and partners, manage due diligence processes, and support transaction execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate with the highest level of integrity within a private office environment. Your expertise in managing complex projects and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders will be critical to success.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, business development, or investment support.
2. Demonstrable experience managing projects and business initiatives across both UK and UAE markets.
3. Proven track record of managing projects in multiple sectors, preferably real estate, marine, or direct investments.
4. Strong understanding of corporate, financial, and legal processes in both UK and UAE jurisdictions.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and business analytics tools.
6. Experience conducting comprehensive due diligence and supporting the execution of financial transactions.
7. Must be currently based in Dubai with a sound understanding of the UAE business landscape.
8. Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with experience drafting high-quality business reports.
Desirable
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a UK-based university.
2. Direct work experience within a private family office or for a high-net-worth individual (HNWI).
3. Fluency in English at a native or near-native level.
4. Experience creating and presenting reports and dashboards to principals or C-level stakeholders.
5. An established network of professional advisors and consultants in the UK and UAE.
