We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Market Growth to spearhead our expansion in Dubai and the broader GCC region. This pivotal role involves architecting and executing a dynamic go-to-market strategy for our world-class leadership, innovation, and strategy programs. You will be instrumental in forging high-level strategic partnerships with C-suite executives, government bodies, and major enterprise clients. Your mission is to secure significant advisory mandates and transformation projects, driving our commercial success. By leveraging deep market insights, you will co-design bespoke solutions and position our organization as the preeminent thought leader in executive education and consulting. This role requires a master networker and strategic thinker who can translate complex client needs into compelling, high-value engagements and embody our brand at key industry forums.
Requirements
1. 10-15+ years of progressive experience in strategic business development, top-tier consulting, or executive education.
2. Demonstrable track record of successful market entry and establishing a significant business presence in the UAE and/or GCC.
3. Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives and senior government officials.
4. Expertise in developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies for complex B2B services or solutions.
5. Strong commercial acumen with a history of managing and converting a pipeline of large-scale, long-cycle deals.
6. Leadership experience in orchestrating the development of complex proposals and strategic pitch narratives.
7. Deep understanding of the corporate and government ecosystems within the GCC.
8. Proficiency in market analysis, opportunity identification, and competitive intelligence.
Desirable
1. An extensive and active network of senior-level contacts in enterprise and government sectors across the GCC.
2. Experience co-creating solutions with subject matter experts such as faculty, consultants, or psychologists.
3. MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
4. Public speaking experience and a strong presence at industry conferences and executive roundtables.
5. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
