Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Industrial City Phase 4 Reporting to: KSA Financial Controller Compensation: 30–35K SAR + 20% Bonus of Annual Basic + A-Class Medical Insurance (Self & Family), Life Insurance, 21 Working Days Annual Leave, Standard Working Hours (Sun–Thu, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm) Target Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory) We are seeking a dynamic and process-driven Finance Manager – AP & Banking Relations for our client's high-volume FMCG manufacturing operations in Jeddah. Reporting to the KSA Financial Controller, this key leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of Accounts Payable, banking operations, and payment management. You will lead a team of 5-6 professionals, ensuring the timely and compliant execution of payments to suppliers, employees, and government authorities. A primary focus will be on enhancing financial controls, managing crucial banking relationships, and driving change management to modernize legacy processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with manufacturing and procurement to align AP functions with operational needs. This position is a unique opportunity for a Saudi National with strong Oracle systems knowledge and a proven track record in FMCG finance to make a significant impact.

Requirements

1. 7-8 years of progressive finance experience within an FMCG manufacturing or raw materials procurement environment.

2. Mandatory expertise in managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from PO verification to supplier reconciliations.

3. Proven experience in managing corporate banking relationships, including international payments and credit facilities.

4. Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Financials or an equivalent tier-1 ERP system.

5. Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume payment processes for suppliers, employees, and government entities.

6. Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and internal audit procedures.

7. Experience in leading and developing a finance team of at least 5 members.

8. Proficiency in managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) disbursement and tracking processes.

Desirable

1. Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives to modernize financial workflows and systems.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with manufacturing and procurement stakeholders.

3. A process-oriented mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and accuracy.

4. Experience working within a large, multinational corporate structure.

5. Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus.
