Financial Controller

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success. You will oversee and manage all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial legal requirements. - Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and cost management. - Monitor cash flow and control payments. - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify and mitigate financial risks. - Continuously improve financial systems and processes. - Analyze global operations, sales, and product consumption for inventory and stock forecasting.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles. Audit experience is an advantage.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

4. Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting financial statements.

5. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Experience presenting financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite).

9. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Desirable

1. Ability to speak Spanish.

2. Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, and/or Franchise business.
