We are seeking a B2B Gaming, Entertainment, and Pop Culture Product Manager dedicated to driving sales growth in trending toys and gaming merchandise. This role involves driving the sourcing and sales of merchandise closely tied to the nerve of modern pop culture - including TV shows, card games, board games, anime, super heroes from DC, Marvel, Star Wars, and trending series on Netflix, Amazon Prime or Apple TV. The ideal candidate will pioneer our push into retail stores, differentiating our merchandise collection from the generic market, with a keen focus on exclusive pop culture-related items.

Requirements

1. Proven track record in B2B sales management within the toys and gaming industry, particularly with merchandise related to pop culture, card and board games, and entertainment.

2. Strong experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with brands for exclusive distribution rights.

3. Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and set ambitious sales targets.

4. Expertise in conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the pop culture merchandise sector.

5. Experience with direct sales and distribution in retail environments, excluding online or e-commerce platforms.

6. Solid understanding of licensing agreements and intellectual property rights related to entertainment and gaming industries.
