A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a dynamic, customer-facing Project Management Officer (PMO) to spearhead multiple, concurrent e-invoicing implementation projects. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our enterprise clients, guiding them through complex integrations of their diverse ERP systems with our cutting-edge TaxTech platform. You will be responsible for establishing robust project governance, managing cross-functional internal teams, and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen in API integrations and cybersecurity, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of multi-entity projects, ensuring all implementations are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with the highest security standards.
Requirements
1. 5-10 years of project or program management experience in technology, ERP, or digital transformation settings.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-entity implementation projects with multiple integration points.
3. Working knowledge of enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
4. Demonstrable experience with projects involving API-based system integrations.
5. Mandatory professional proficiency in both English and Turkish.
6. Strong skills in project governance, risk and issue management, and formal reporting.
7. Experience simultaneously managing expectations for customers, vendors, and internal leadership.
8. Awareness of cybersecurity principles, data security, and perimeter protection in enterprise environments.
Desirable
1. PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
2. Professional proficiency in Arabic.
3. Experience in the Tax Technology (TaxTech) or Financial Technology (FinTech) sectors.
4. Experience managing cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
5. Proficiency in applying Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management frameworks.
