Requirements
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
2. Proven track record of defining and launching successful enterprise-grade AI or SaaS products from concept to launch.
3. Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape, including foundational models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude), techniques, and their business applications.
4. Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, setting strategic direction, and defining product vision.
5. Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
6. Demonstrated experience in implementing ethical AI frameworks and principles within the product development lifecycle.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
8. Experience working directly with engineering, data science, UX, and compliance teams.

The strongest candidates will have at least 7 years of product management experience, including 3 or more years leading AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. They should have personally taken enterprise AI or SaaS products from concept to commercial launch and be able to demonstrate measurable outcomes such as revenue, adoption, efficiency gains, or customer impact.
