As the Head of Operations for Chaiiwala UAE, you will be the strategic leader driving our expansion and operational excellence across the Emirates. This senior role takes full ownership of the region's performance, from ensuring brand consistency and superior customer experience across all outlets to managing key franchise partner relationships. You will spearhead the rollout of new stores, building and leading a high-performing operations team to support this rapid growth. Your responsibilities will encompass full P&L management, implementing robust processes to maximize profitability, and fostering a culture of accountability. This is a pivotal role to scale one of the world's most exciting F&B brands within the key UAE market. Requirements
1. Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site F&B, QSR, or café operations.
2. Demonstrable track record of successfully scaling a multi-unit business, preferably within a franchise model.
3. Comprehensive P&L management experience with strong financial and commercial acumen.
4. Expertise in leading the end-to-end process of new store openings and regional expansion.
5. Strong capabilities in franchise relationship management, support, and performance coaching.
6. Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for brand consistency.
7. Deep understanding of the UAE F&B market, including compliance, supply chain, and customer trends.
8. Exceptional people leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, and developing operations managers.
Desirable
1. Specific operational experience within the GCC region.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial brand environment.
3. A strong network of industry contacts in the UAE, including suppliers and landlords.
4. Pre-opening experience for F&B concepts.
5. Passion for and knowledge of street food concepts and tea culture.
