Requirements
1. Proven experience in developing and implementing company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
2. Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and scaling a team of recruiters and talent professionals.
3. Expertise in using recruitment analytics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to drive decisions.
4. Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, including implementation and optimization.
5. Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of executive (VP, C-level) or highly specialized role searches.
6. Experience in creating and executing employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
7. Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent mapping.
8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

2. Proven ability to build and manage a recruitment budget.
3. Familiarity with global recruitment and hiring in different markets.
