Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

2. Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics to drive optimization.

3. Proven ability to manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

4. Experience in A/B testing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

5. Skilled in generating and presenting performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

6. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing goals.

7. Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.

8. Knowledge of current digital advertising trends and new platform features.

Desirable

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Experience in the healthcare, non-profit, or service-oriented industry.

3. Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.

4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

5. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
