We are seeking a dynamic and resilient Senior Category Manager to lead our strategic USD 600M+ Frozen portfolio across the GCC. Based in Jeddah, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy, responsible for driving category growth, brand equity, and innovation. This pivotal role involves full P&L ownership, developing market-specific strategies, and leading a high-performing team. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Sales, RGM, and Supply Chain to ensure execution excellence. π° Compensation: Mid to high 40K SAR monthly (75% Basic | 25% Allowances)
π Bonus: 25% of Annual Basic Salary

Requirements
1. 8β10 years of progressive experience in FMCG marketing or category management.
2. Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and management for a large-scale product portfolio.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies tailored to diverse GCC market dynamics.
4. Track record of leading the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process from insight to successful market launch.
5. Expertise in managing the '6Ps' (Product, Price, Pack, Place, Promotion, People) to drive consumer conversion.
6. Strong proficiency in using data analytics tools like Nielsen, Power BI, or similar platforms to inform commercial strategy.
7. Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, RGM, and Supply Chain.
8. Direct people management experience, including coaching and developing Assistant Brand Managers or similar roles.
Desirable
1. Specific experience within the frozen or broader food categories.
2. Background with leading multinational FMCG companies such as NestlΓ©, Unilever, P&G, or Mondelez.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
4. A resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to lead change in a dynamic business culture.
5. Willingness to relocate within the GCC region as required for career progression.
