Procurement Manager - Logistics - KSA

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager - Logistics to oversee strategic sourcing and supplier management across a multi-country logistics network in KSA, UAE, and Kuwait. In this high-impact regional role, you will manage a $30–40M spend, optimizing transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain relationships to consolidate and enhance our logistics network. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement COE, the position is based in Jeddah with travel across the GCC region. The successful candidate will apply strategic insight to streamline a supplier network of 60–70 entities and deliver measurable cost efficiencies while aligning operations with business priorities.

Requirements

1. 7–10 years of experience in logistics procurement, strategic sourcing, or indirect procurement roles within FMCG, food manufacturing, or related sectors.

2. Expertise in transportation models, warehousing options (owned, leased, outsourced), and customs clearance processes across GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia.

3. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills across multi-country jurisdictions.

4. Proficiency in tools like Oracle ERP and Coupa for procurement performance tracking and managing the PR to PO lifecycle.

5. Proven ability to execute end-to-end procurement for logistics services including tendering, contracting, and supplier selection.

6. Operational execution capability to drive change in a process-evolving environment.

Desirable

1. Familiarity with frozen/chilled supply chains.

2. Arabic language skills for supplier and contract negotiations.

3. Experience working in GCC regulatory environments and logistics sectors.
