A client of byteSpark.ai is hiring a Dubai-based Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to convert a strong flow of inbound and warm leads into closed business across the UAE and GCC. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, working opportunities properly, opening doors, running discovery conversations, presenting SaaS solutions, managing pipeline in a CRM, following up with urgency, negotiating with decision-makers, and getting deals over the line. The client is looking for a proven B2B SaaS seller who can manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, build trusted relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers, coordinate with internal product and delivery teams, and turn customer interest into signed contracts and recurring revenue. Candidates may come from any B2B SaaS background, including software, cloud platforms, ERP, fintech, HRTech, CRM, business applications, martech, customer engagement, analytics, or similar enterprise technology solutions. The most important requirement is a strong sales track record, clear ownership of pipeline and conversion, confidence in front of customers, and the ability to close. This is a Dubai-based opportunity with a strong commission structure for someone who wants to be rewarded for real sales performance.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of direct B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales experience.
2. Proven experience owning a revenue target and converting leads or opportunities into closed customer contracts.
3. Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
4. Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers in the UAE or wider GCC region.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline in a CRM, follow up consistently, and move deals through clear sales stages.
6. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with evidence such as quota attainment, revenue closed, deal values, or new customer wins.
7. Confidence meeting customers face to face, building relationships with decision-makers, and presenting business value clearly.
8. Ability to coordinate with internal product, technical, and delivery teams to support customer conversations and close deals.
Desirable
1. Experience selling SaaS solutions into finance, ERP, fintech, compliance, tax, HR, CRM, martech, customer engagement, analytics, or other enterprise business functions.
2. Prior success in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth technology environment.
3. Experience selling to CFOs, CIOs, Finance Directors, Operations leaders, or senior business decision-makers.
4. Professional Arabic communication skills, especially for UAE or GCC customer engagement.
5. Exposure to regulated industries, financial software, compliance automation, VAT, e-invoicing, or similar business-critical platforms.
