Requirements
1. Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically in hiring for developer and technology-related roles.
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages, development frameworks, and various technologies.
3. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment management tools.
4. Ability to engage with stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand technical role requirements.
5. Experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating technical candidates.
6. Understanding of modern recruitment strategies, including sourcing through job boards and social media.
