We are seeking a visionary Chief Shared Services Officer to lead the strategic direction and integration of our core support functions. This executive role is responsible for overseeing HR, IT, Finance Operations, Procurement, and Facilities Management, driving operational excellence and value creation across the organization. You will develop and implement a comprehensive shared services strategy, focusing on process standardization, digital transformation, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will foster a customer-centric culture, championing efficiency and service quality through robust performance metrics and SLAs. By collaborating with senior leadership, you will ensure all support services are aligned with corporate goals and business needs. Requirements
1. Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in shared services, operations, or corporate services roles.
2. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive position overseeing multiple support functions (e.g., HR, IT, Finance).
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.
4. Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
5. Strong understanding of cross-functional support services including HR operations, IT services, finance operations, and procurement.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
7. Experience with budget planning and cost management for multi-functional service departments.
8. Proven ability to lead digital transformation and process automation projects.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
2. Professional certifications such as PMP, CIPD, SHRM, or Six Sigma.
3. Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
4. Experience building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary leadership teams.
5. Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant operational budgets.
