We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the recruitment and human resource services sector. Your primary mission will be to 'open doors' and forge strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiating contracts and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling recruitment or HR outsourcing services, demonstrating a consultative approach to understanding client needs. You will be instrumental in developing strategies to penetrate new markets and build a robust pipeline of new business. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who thrives on building connections and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

1. Proven B2B sales experience, specifically in selling services rather than products.

2. Demonstrable experience working for a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or human resource outsourcing (HRO) provider.

3. A successful and verifiable track record of new client acquisition and exceeding sales targets.

4. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions.

5. Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

6. Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach techniques.

7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to senior decision-makers.

8. Knowledge of the recruitment industry, including different service models like permanent placement, contract staffing, and RPO.

Desirable

1. An existing network of contacts within Human Resources or hiring management.

2. Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.

3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

4. Formal sales training (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger Sale).

5. Experience in creating and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations.
