Description

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Development Manager, a Saudi National, to join our team in Jeddah Industrial City. This role will spearhead localization of global training programs, along with some global projects, while owning the Learning & Development (L&D) budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement innovative, scalable talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will build leadership pipelines, curate mentorship programs, and integrate advanced digital learning tools to foster employee growth. Reporting to the Talent Development Lead, this position requires agility, strong executive presence, and readiness to engage with distribution centers.

Requirements

1. Looking for a Saudi National with 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related HR roles within FMCG or retail environments.

2. Proven expertise in localizing global training programs with a balanced focus on local and global execution.

3. Advanced experience in managing L&D budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and allocating resources effectively.

4. Proficiency in instructional design, data analytics, and implementing digital learning solutions.

5. Demonstrated success in designing and executing leadership development and mentorship programs across organizational levels.

6. Strong stakeholder management abilities with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Desirable

1. Experience working within a change-resistant or culturally diverse workplace environment.

2. Knowledge of organizational behavior and innovative approaches to talent development.

3. Exposure to distribution center operations or similar functional environments.
