Requirements

1. 20+ years of progressive HR leadership, with a deep specialization in talent management.

2. Proven track record of designing and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies in large, multinational organizations.

3. Extensive experience leading C-suite and critical role succession planning processes.

4. Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive leadership development frameworks and high-potential programs.

5. Demonstrated success in driving strategic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives with measurable business impact.

6. Strong background within the banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated, complex industry.

7. Exceptional C-suite stakeholder management and influencing skills.

8. Proven ability to navigate cultural and organizational complexities across different geographies.

Desirable

1. Experience working within the UAE or broader MENA region's financial sector.

2. A strategic mindset combined with a proven ability to deliver operational excellence.

3. Demonstrated success in leading organizational change management related to talent and performance.

4. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

5. Professional certifications in coaching, psychometric assessments, or talent management.
