We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Transformation Director to join an elite Private Markets Consultancy specializing in alternative investment funds. This role involves leading client engagements across diverse transformation and strategy projects in the Middle East, while enhancing the firm's regional presence and reputation. The ideal candidate will drive new client acquisitions, oversee project execution, grow the team, and bridge operations between the London and Middle East offices. This pivotal role is the final step before partnership and requires exceptional leadership qualities to contribute significantly to the firm’s growth in the region. Requirements

1. 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and/or Strategy Consulting within Alternative Investments.

2. Strong understanding of Alternative Asset classes, specifically within the private markets sector.

3. Proven ability to pitch, acquire, and manage new client projects in alternative investments.

4. Track record of leading high-profile projects and managing sophisticated client engagements.

5. Demonstrated experience growing and leading teams and driving regional coordination.

6. Ability to operate in a high-performance boutique consulting environment and adeptly manage transformations.

Desirable

1. Experience in developing and expanding within the Middle East consulting market.

2. Proven potential for assuming partnership-level roles in a consulting environment.

3. An MBA or advanced degree related to Business Transformation or Strategy.
