The role is expected to involve opportunity sourcing, investment evaluation, financial modelling, underwriting, due diligence, investment recommendation materials, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, value creation, and exit planning across private equity, real estate, operating businesses, and alternative investments.

The most relevant experience includes direct private markets exposure, deal origination or opportunity sourcing, company-level or asset-level underwriting, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction execution, IC memo preparation, portfolio monitoring, value creation, and exit planning. Saudi Arabia or GCC investment experience is highly relevant, especially where candidates have worked on live private market transactions.

Arabic and English fluency are highly important for this role because the position involves Saudi market coverage, local stakeholder engagement, and interaction with founders, operators, advisors, family offices, institutions, and other senior counterparties in the Kingdom.

Relevant asset classes may include private equity, real estate, operating businesses, logistics, infrastructure, consumer, healthcare, services, private credit, structured investments, and other alternative or asset-backed investments. Candidates do not need to have covered every asset class, but they should demonstrate strong investment judgment and the ability to evaluate private market opportunities rigorously.
