Requirements
1. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT and digital transformation.
2. Proven success in developing and executing large-scale IT and enterprise application strategies.
3. Demonstrated expertise managing complex multi-platform ecosystems, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
4. Strong background in defining enterprise architecture standards and enforcing IT governance and cybersecurity frameworks.
5. Experience leading data governance, master data management, and enterprise analytics programs.
6. Proficiency in large-scale IT portfolio management, budgeting, and strategic vendor negotiations.
7. In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL frameworks.
8. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing, cross-functional IT teams.
Desirable
1. Experience leveraging AI and predictive analytics to solve business challenges.
2. Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF.
3. Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
4. Proven ability to act as a technology advisor and business partner to C-level executives.
