A client of byteSpark.ai, a leading Dubai-based fintech company specializing in tax and e-invoicing solutions, is seeking a certified and dynamic Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be professionally fluent in Turkish and English, acting as the crucial bridge between our valued customers and our development teams. You will take complete ownership of the product lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and delivered successfully. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex projects, drive product strategy, and support client needs within a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in fintech and project management will be essential in navigating product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, ultimately contributing to our client's success and innovation in the tax technology space.
Requirements
1. Professional fluency in both Turkish and English, written and spoken.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fintech industry.
3. Demonstrable experience with tax, regulatory, or e-invoicing software projects.
4. Valid project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
5. Strong experience acting as a liaison between technical teams and external clients.
6. Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
7. Demonstrated ability in product ownership, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
1. Experience working with clients in Dubai or the wider MENA region.
2. Technical background in software development or solutions architecture.
3. Knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and e-invoicing (e-Fatura/e-Arşiv) standards.
4. Experience in a B2B SaaS product environment.
5. Familiarity with API integrations and financial systems.
