Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience in high-growth startups, healthcare tech, strategy & operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role.
2. Demonstrated hands-on operational experience, especially if from a strategy consulting background.
3. Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
4. Experience preparing investor-level or board-level presentations and materials.
5. Proven ability to develop and streamline core business processes to enable scaling.
6. Strong experience managing internal company cadences, including leadership meetings and board coordination.
7. Ability to conduct market analysis, due diligence, and prepare strategic briefing materials.
8. A degree or advanced degree from a recognized institution.
Desirable
1. Experience working within the veterinary, pet insurance, or broader health tech ecosystem.
2. Direct experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial operations.
3. An established professional network within the London startup or healthtech scene.
4. An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
5. Advanced proficiency with a wide range of project management and productivity tools.
