We are seeking a visionary Chief of Growth & Transformation to join our executive team in Doha, Qatar. This pivotal role is responsible for architecting and executing our corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, optimizing processes and organizational structures to enhance agility and performance. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your mission is to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, implementing streamlined workflows and digital solutions to achieve our long-term objectives. This position requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex challenges, manage large-scale change, and align the entire organization towards a unified vision for success. You will be instrumental in shaping our future by ensuring seamless strategy execution and fostering a high-performance environment.

Requirements

1. Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation and strategic planning at an executive level.

2. A minimum of 12-15 years of senior leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or operations.

3. Expertise in business performance frameworks and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma.

4. Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale organizational change management programs.

5. Strong capabilities in financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development to track transformation progress.

6. Experience in optimizing organizational structure, governance models, and resource allocation.

7. History of leading the integration of digital solutions, new technologies, and automation to drive efficiency.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Desirable

1. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.

2. Significant experience in the defense, government, or technology sectors.

3. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).

4. Experience working within the GCC or Middle East region.

5. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Board members.
