We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with extensive Oracle implementation experience and proven expertise in managing large-scale international projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects focusing on government reforms, leveraging technology as an enabler to drive transformation. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing stakeholder interactions, overseeing capacity building, implementing risk management frameworks, and ensuring governance around procurement and vendor management. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of ensuring cohesive teamwork, achieving project deliverables, and maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 20+ years of international experience in managing large-scale projects.
2. Extensive experience and expertise with Oracle implementations in complex project environments.
3. Proficiency in stakeholder management, risk management frameworks, and escalation processes.
4. Demonstrated ability to create detailed project plans and manage reporting and control processes.
5. Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams in challenging governmental settings.
6. Fluency in professional English with excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
Desirable
1. PMP® or equivalent project management certification.
