We are seeking a highly-skilled and dynamic Vice President of Digital Growth and Strategy to lead and drive sustainable growth for our ecommerce business. This role involves the development and execution of innovative growth strategies, focusing on revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion. The successful candidate will oversee digital marketing activations, conversion funnel optimization, and customer retention initiatives while managing a high-performing team of digital experts. Additionally, this role requires strategic collaboration with country leadership and corporate teams across multilateral disciplines to ensure operational excellence and competitive advantage. A strong focus on customer-centric solutions and data-driven decision-making will be essential to achieving key performance goals set for revenue growth, margin improvement, and capturing market dynamics.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree and post-graduate degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
2. 15+ years of experience in roles involving strategy, digital marketing, ecommerce, or startup environments.
3. Proven expertise in digital growth strategies, topline revenue generation (e.g., >25% YoY growth), and margin improvement.
4. Hands-on experience in digital marketing functions, including performance marketing, on-site marketing, and partner collaboration.
5. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and structured problem-solving.
6. Data proficiency with strong analytical skills to interpret consumer trends, build customer segmentation, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desirable
1. Experience in the retail or online grocery business domain.
2. Full professional proficiency in Arabic.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experience through initiatives improving NPS and reducing incomplete orders.
