The Head of Finance - KSA will spearhead the financial strategy and operations for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring financial integrity, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with global corporate objectives. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting while driving growth through strategic partnerships. This position will also focus on optimizing financial processes, ensuring risk management, and leading a high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison with regulators, tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions. Ultimately, they will provide critical insights and guidance to aid in decision-making and support business expansion within the region.

Requirements

1. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.

2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior finance leadership role within a corporate environment.

3. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

4. In-depth knowledge of KSA tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and implement robust financial controls.

6. Experience in engaging with regulators, external auditors, and financial institutions.

Desirable

1. Background in multinational or large corporate environments.

2. Experience with implementing process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

3. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools.
