We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategies and operations in the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of recruiters to support business growth and ensure talent needs are met effectively. They will design and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives, tailored to attract top talent locally and internationally. With proven in-house recruitment experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong track record in team leadership, strategy development, and achieving hiring goals. A solid foundation in recruitment, including experience in driving performance improvements and leveraging market insights, is essential. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to shape the future of our talent acquisition programs.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience, with evidence of designing and leading talent acquisition strategies.

2. Proven ability to manage and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance and achieving measurable outcomes.

3. Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends, particularly in the Isle of Man region.

4. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Experience transitioning from or integrating recruitment agency backgrounds into in-house environments.

6. Strong analytical skills to review hiring metrics and optimize decision-making.

Desirable

1. Experience working in a diverse hiring environment with cross-functional teams.

2. Knowledge of the Isle of Man’s recruitment landscape, including compliance and employment laws.

3. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software to enhance talent acquisition processes.
